Is Mark Zuckerberg killing Facebook
Mark Zuckerberg may be the CEO of Facebook, but one thing that is for certain is he has a lot to learn about business.
The self important, and sometimes arrogant, CEO may feel he has the world at his feet, but in reality he is just the owner of a website, which may be popular, but is a website none the less. The only commodity his business has is its users.
So when the users complain about the look and feel, what does Zuckerberg do? He tells them "Tough, deal with it".
Zuckerberg's style (or lack of it) is something that will cripple him. With his muppet like voice, and his awkwardness dealing with real people, he is hardly CEO material. In fact its clear to see why he's a coder, best kept in a cupboard.
Previously not only has Zuckerberg been accussed of stealing the idea and code for facebook (a very credible claim apparently), but he has also be accused of lying to advertisers and users regarding the Beacon "Privacy Nightmare" system, which would allow the automatic insertion of adverts in a users feed. Imagine... "John Blogs thinks Coke is cool"... except that John Blogs doesnt, Coke has paid for the misleading message. Zuckerberg claimed that was never the intention, however the flurry of user revolt forced him to back track and head for the hills.
I think someone could have benefitted from finishing their education.
